Comfortable, clean room without windows. Lovely staff, but could be more informed about tourist information. Budget-friendly prices. Convenient location near bus stop and Grab tuk tuks. Large bed, balcony available. Plenty of food options at the restaurant. Satisfactory room with firm mattresses. Cheap beer at rooftop bar during happy hour. Convenient elevator. Easy to find location near a prominent landmark. Friendly and helpful staff. Tours available at reception. Ground floor for backpackers, higher floors for hotel rooms. Open area on 4th floor with restaurant, pool table, and dart board. Pool on 5th floor with sun chairs and bar. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Rooms come with bottled water.

The location of the hotel is great, with walking distance to some attractions and even a bit of river view. the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. the double beds are comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is excellent. the hotel also has a top area with a nice restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and pool table.
the rooms located under the kitchen were noisy due to constant music, chairs being dragged, and people walking around.

The rooftop bar and pool area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, with friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to tuktuks and taxis, making it easy to get around.
The room I stayed in had no external window, only a small window that opened into the corridor, which made it difficult to get fresh air and created a stale atmosphere. There were no facilities in the room such as a fridge or tea/coffee making facilities, and no safe to store valuables.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hot showers, delicious and affordable food, and great pool make it worth the price. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, and the location is convenient for bus companies and the Night Market/Riverside. The balcony upgrade was worth it, providing a nice extra touch.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a great location, close to Wat Phnom and the riverside area. The rooftop area was a wonderful hangout spot with stunning views over the river. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The hotel also offered a fair conversion rate for currency exchange, which was a relief. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
That I could hear noise from the pool and restaurant areas on the higher floors even though I was on the 2nd floor. Additionally, some of the reception staff seemed a bit aloof at times.

The noise from the ongoing pool repairs can be bothersome, especially during the day.
